Soho House & Co is a collection of members' clubs, wellness facilities, restaurants, hotels and cinemas, catering to those in the film, media, fashion and creative industries. The company has unique ventures throughout the UK, USA, Canada, Europe and Asia, with new openings planned globally.
Role
As our global health club portfolio continues to expand, we are establishing a dedicated project management capability to drive structured, consistent delivery across new openings, refurbishments, technology rollouts and new service launches. Reporting to the Global Director of Soho Health Club, the Project Manager will translate strategic direction into organised execution across a global, multi-site environment. This role acts as the central connector between Health Club teams, Design & Development, Construction, Digital, Operations, Finance, Procurement and external partners. The role combines project leadership, change management and operational implementation to ensure initiatives are delivered on time, within budget and successfully embedded into House operations. There will also be a travel requirement, in line with project delivery, approximately 30% travel.
Project Leadership and Delivery
- Own and lead the end‑to‑end delivery of all health club projects across the portfolio.
- Translate strategic plans into clear project roadmaps, timelines and actionable delivery plans.
- Define project scope, milestones, deliverables, success metrics and critical paths.
- Manage multiple concurrent projects across regions and time zones.
- Proactively identify and manage risks, issues and dependencies.
- Escalate risks and potential delays to senior leadership in a timely manner.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to agreed standards.
- Conduct post‑launch reviews to capture learnings and improve future rollouts.
Change Management and Adoption
- Drive adoption of new health club services, spaces and platforms across health clubs and houses.
- Anticipate resistance and proactively support teams through change.
- Ensure operational teams are trained, confident and fully prepared pre‑launch.
- Support the creation of SOPs, toolkits, training materials and launch guidance.
- Ensure smooth project handover into business‑as‑usual operations.
- Act as the central coordination point across Health Club and Spa teams, Design and Development and Construction, Digital teams, Operations and Membership, Finance and Procurement, and external vendors and consultants.
- Align global teams across multiple time zones and working styles.
- Remove blockers and maintain delivery momentum.
- Manage collaboration between creative and operational teams in a fast‑paced environment.
Construction, Refurbishment and Capital Projects
- Support new club openings, refurbishments and space reconfigurations from planning through launch.
- Coordinate with Design and Build teams on timelines, requirements and selections.
- Ensure alignment between construction delivery and operational readiness.
- Monitor project milestones and readiness for site handover.
Vendor, Procurement and Equipment Coordination
- Coordinate vendors, suppliers and equipment partners across projects.
- Track procurement timelines, installations and delivery schedules.
- Support contract and cost tracking with Finance and Procurement teams.
- Ensure supplier performance aligns with project timelines and requirements.
Digital and Systems Rollouts
- Coordinate rollout of booking platforms and member experience digital initiatives.
- Maintain project tracking using Asana or similar project management tools.
- Ensure clear documentation and reporting across all initiatives.
Stakeholder Communication and Reporting
- Provide structured and transparent reporting to leadership and C‑suite stakeholders.
- Run project meetings, track actions and maintain documentation.
- Establish a clear reporting cadence including weekly and monthly project status updates and quarterly business review inputs.
- Maintain strong stakeholder alignment and confidence.
Commercial and Financial Accountability
- Monitor project budgets and support financial tracking and forecasting.
- Track ROI and commercial impact of new initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, scalability and consistency.
- Lead delivery of projects with annual budgets exceeding $9M+.
- Establish scalable, repeatable rollout processes.
- Create delivery frameworks that improve reliability without unnecessary bureaucracy.
- Operate effectively within a creative and fast‑moving environment.
- Support the long‑term global expansion strategy by strengthening execution discipline.
Key Skills And Experience
- Minimum 7+ years project management experience.
- Experience delivering projects within hospitality, wellness, fitness or multi‑site operations.
- Proven experience managing project budgets exceeding $9M annually.
- Experience managing 5+ site/location projects simultaneously per month.
- Experience working across global teams and time zones.
- Experience coordinating cross‑functional teams and external partners.
- Experience with construction, refurbishment or capital projects.
- Strong prioritisation and resource allocation capability.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- High comfort working in ambiguous, fast‑moving environments.
- Experience using Asana or similar project management tools.
- Additional language proficiency in Spanish is desirable.
Qualifications
- PMP, PRINCE2 or Agile certification is desirable.
