The role of People Co-ordinator will provide professional HR support to the People team, employees, management, and the wider business. Reporting to the People Manager, the successful candidate will manage and assist with administrative tasks, employee-related activities, and maintaining HR records. A key focus of the role will be resourcing and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Using our HR System (Dayforce) to upload and onboard new starters ensuring data validation and accuracy
- Drive attendance and participation for Learning & Development trainings
- Ensure the integrity of data in critical people systems and provide reporting and analysis as required to inform decision making
- Maintenance of People noticeboards on a monthly basis
- Creation of annual well-being calendar and the scheduling and booking of this
- Track and issue probation and anniversary reviews to managers and manage the process to ensure completion within set deadlines
- Support all administration including contracts, onboarding, letters, updating HR system, references, payroll processing, exit interviews
- Benefits and perks; ensure employees have available access to this information and this is maintained
- Organising and coordinating the anniversary benefits for 2, 5, 10 and 15 years
- Provide a professional and efficient process to ensure all starters & leavers are processed accurately
- Manage the administration of the leaver process, conducting exit interviews and analysing data to provide reports and recommendations to stakeholders
- Maintain up to date accurate records for all staff, completing audits when necessary & ensuring GDPR compliance
- Providing support to the People Partner and People Managers
- Screening and Sourcing of candidates for line level staff
- Co-ordination of recruitment hiring days
- Ensure all employees receive Site Induction and Onboarding invites
What We Are Looking For
- Intermediate level proficiency of Microsoft Office
- CIPD qualified - Foundation level or working towards qualification (desirable, not essential)
- Excellent written and oral skills in English - Minimum GCSE C level
- Experience of minute taking in meetings
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Efficient and proactive along with high attention to detail
