At Soho House, a Guest Service Agent will support with communicating with guests any questions or queries, travel arrangements, booking reservations for the hotel and other outlets arriving by telephone, email or through a central reservation system.

Processes reservations for other outlets such as spa and restaurant, the sales office, other hotel departments, and travel agents. Assists in answering any member or guest queries via telephone or email. Knows the type of rooms available as well as their location and layout. Knows the selling status, rates, and benefits of all packages plans. Communicates reservation information and all special requests to the front desk. Understands the hotel's policy on guaranteed reservations and no-shows and communicates information to guests. Prepares expected arrival list for front office use. Updates member and guests’ profiles. Willing to undertake any reasonable request made by management in any other areas of the house. Uphold discretion and professionalism, especially when serving VIPs and PWK.

What we are looking for...

  • A successful Guest Service Agent for Soho House will ideally have up to 2 years’ experience in a busy high‑profile venue and a natural flair for first class service.
  • You’ll be reliable, friendly and happy to be a key part of the team that strives for success.
  • Minimum of 2+ years’ experience in similar capacity.
  • Thrive in fast‑paced, high‑volume environments and maintain calm, through quickly and effectively problem solving under pressure.
  • Must be hospitable, approachable, passionate about customer service and respectful towards colleagues and guests.
  • Must be able to demonstrate competency as outlined in the training schedule and Club School.
  • Must be able to work flexible shifts and schedules, including weekends and holidays as needed.
  • Ability to take direction, work in a team environment and autonomously.
