The predicted salary is between 29700 - 36300 £ per year.

  • Manage all aspects of the Soho Home office and warehouse to ensure professional, safe, and welcoming environments for staff and visitors
  • Act as the main point of contact and support for Retail team, making sure they are informed on Company updates and ensuring consistency between Soho Home and Soho House support office policies and benefits
  • Oversee maintenance, repairs, and facilities management; orders supplies, liaise with landlords, cleaners and contractors.
  • Oversight of office equipment, liaise with IT support for troubleshooting.
  • Manage office budget and expenses
  • You coordinate incoming and outgoing post, couriers, deliveries, and office shipments.
  • Support health, safety and compliance, including first aid, fire safety and workplace documentation
  • Support company-wide meetings, presentations and town halls
  • Help to foster a positive and collaborative office culture
  • Partner with People and Development team to assist with onboarding, offboarding, group training and a variety of team culture initiatives.
  • Lead Social Committee and engage an active team of volunteers from the office and any other Retail events.
  • Manage all retail team local and international travel

Required Skills..

  • Proficiency in Microsoft office, specifically Outlook, Excel and Powerpoint
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Proactive, collaborative team player with a positive, can‑do attitude
  • Hands-on and happy working in a varied role
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining a welcoming office environment
