Soho House is seeking a Membership Operations Coordinator to support day-to-day and project work across the Soho House estate, including existing sites, new openings, Soho Support, payments and new systems. You will collaborate with Marketing Cloud, Salesforce and Soho Support and report to the Global Head of Membership Operations.
The role involves working on CRM systems, membership processes, and cross-functional projects to improve member experience and operational efficiency.
