Massage Therapist – Soho Health Club 180, Central London

Located in a historic spot where the Strand and Fleet Street meet, 180 House spans two slots and features an outdoor terrace, a rooftop pool and views over the city. A go‑to destination for an elegant lunch or dinner, the eighth‑floor dining room offers an elevated experience. Casual dining can be found in the rest of the club and on the rooftop terrace. There is a wide selection of wines and new seasonal cocktails, which can be enjoyed with lunch, dinner or after hours.

The Role

We are seeking an experienced Massage Therapist to join our Central London team at Soho Health Club‑180 House (WC2R 1EA). Our Massage Therapists ensure that the member receives the highest standard of treatments. You will guide members through our offerings and determine which massages would benefit them the most.

Qualifications

  • NVQ Level 3, ITEC, VTCT or equivalent deep tissue related qualifications
  • Excellent customer service skills and a true passion for making others feel better
  • A team player
  • Going above and beyond for clients to make sure they have a unique experience
  • Confident in building relationships with clients and recommending products
  • Drive to maintain high standards of treatment service and retail recommendations
  • Flexible schedule and ability to work weekends and holidays as needed
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Customer / member experience focused
  • Team player who communicates well with all colleagues
  • Punctual, reliable and trustworthy
