This position brings together a defined set of responsibilities into a single point of coordination, ensuring the team continues to respond effectively to commercial and trade priorities across the business.

The role acts as the connective layer across marketing channels: building visibility on what each channel owner is delivering, translating trade and commercial priorities into marketing action, and representing Global Marketing in trade conversations.

This is a newly created, fixed-term role designed to provide focused trade and commercial marketing support to the Global Marketing team during a period of maternity leave cover.

Key Responsibilities..

  • Trade & Commercial Marketing Coordination
  • Represent Global Marketing at trade meetings, feeding commercial business priorities back into the marketing team and translating them into appropriate marketing actions.
  • Act as the central point of visibility across all marketing channels — working with each channel owner to understand current activity, upcoming plans and performance, so the wider business has a clear, single view of what's happening to support trade and commercial needs.
  • Provide a first point of contact for the business on marketing-related trade queries, escalating and prioritising as needed.
  • Operations Marketing (F&B)
  • Act as the global point of contact for Operations marketing, supporting F&B initiatives designed to maximise revenue and footfall across Soho Houses globally.
  • Partner with House and Operations teams to shape marketing support for commercial trading priorities.
  • Bedrooms Marketing
  • Work closely with the global Bedrooms team on the commercial and brand marketing plan, covering both long-term positioning and short-term tactical activity.
  • Manage Google paid channels for Soho House bedrooms, including Metasearch, Performance Max (PMax) and Demand Gen campaigns, optimising spend and performance against commercial targets.
  • Web & SEO
  • Oversee Web and SEO projects on sohohouse. com, with a particular focus on optimising membership acquisition and application journeys.
  • Work with digital and web teams to prioritise projects that improve conversion through the membership funnel.
  • Reporting & Performance Insight
  • Interpret and quantify data to report on performance across marketing channels, translating results into clear, actionable insight for the wider team and business stakeholders.
  • Maintain consistent reporting rhythms so channel performance is easy to track and communicate across the business.
  • Provide hands‑on support to the marketing team in using Claude (or equivalent AI tools) to optimise and streamline day‑to‑day output, sharing practical ways of working that save time across the team.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience across multi‑channel marketing, ideally spanning both brand/commercial marketing and performance/paid media.
  • Hands‑on experience managing Google paid channels (Metasearch, PMax, Demand Gen) — bedrooms, travel or hospitality experience is an advantage.
  • Strong working knowledge of SEO and web optimisation, particularly around acquisition and conversion journeys.
  • Confident interpreting data and translating it into clear commercial narratives for varied audiences.
  • Comfortable representing marketing in trade/commercial conversations, challenging assumptions and translating business priorities into marketing plans.
  • A natural project coordinator — able to build a clear, accurate view of activity across multiple channels and stakeholders without owning every channel directly.
  • Experience using AI tools (e. g. Claude) to improve team efficiency is a strong plus.
  • Line management experience, or readiness to step into managing 3 direct reports.
