Overview
Marketing Manager, Soho Home - 12 Month Mat Cover. Reporting into the Marketing Director, the Marketing Manager is responsible for the delivery of successful marketing and brand communications for Soho Home. They will be responsible for creating the seasonal marketing plan, defining our communications calendar, and creating brand moments that drive new customer acquisition, traffic and sales. This role is a 12-month maternity cover contract.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development of seasonal communications plan across all channels. Defining the initial approach to the season and key messages, through to final weekly delivery in each channel.
- Develop and deliver seasonal marketing plan alongside the Marketing Director and team and wider business.
- Ensure messaging is on-brand and consistent across all channels.
- Partner with the House Communications team on PR activity, press requests, and Studio launches.
- Work with the Junior Copywriter and Marketing Director to ensure we uphold our tone of voice across all channels and review quarterly.
- Work with the creative team on asset requirements for key marketing moments.
- Coordinating production of printed collateral.
Events
- Plan and execute seasonal launches, studio openings and other events across the UK, EU, and US.
- Work closely with external vendors, the House and Studio teams.
- Collaborate with Studio, Interior Design, and Trade teams to identify key opportunities for events throughout the year in line with allocated budget.
- Report on impact of events, taking on learnings for next time.
Team leadership & Project Management
- Be the go-to for all things marketing and help to make things happen with the teams around you, using your own initiative.
- Own the calendar, and proactively align the wider business around all key moments.
- Adept at managing multiple projects and critical paths at the same time. Collaborate with the team for a seamless process and obtain senior sign‑off at key milestones.
- Manage briefing process for marketing and communications.
- Manage the Junior Copywriter, supporting their growth and development.

- Preferred experience or understanding of the interiors industry
