Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in all toilet, shower, and washroom facilities throughout the day
  • Replenish supplies including hand towels, tissues, soap, toiletries, air fresheners, and other amenities regularly
  • Clean and sanitise toilets, basins, mirrors, floors, bins, and high-touch surfaces on a rotating schedule
  • Monitor facilities for maintenance issues and report faults (e.g., leaks, broken fixtures) promptly
  • Provide a discreet, courteous presence and assist members and guests when required (e.g., handing out towels, directing to changing rooms)
  • Uphold a high standard of presentation and ambiance in restrooms, including lighting, scent, and music where applicable
  • Maintain clear records of cleaning and inspection logs as required by management
  • Follow all COSHH, health & safety, and hygiene standards for handling chemicals and cleaning materials
  • Support additional cleaning tasks as directed by the Housekeeping Supervisor or Duty Manager

What we are looking for...

  • A successful Toilet Attendant for Soho House will ideally have up to 2 years’ experience in a busy high-profile venue and a natural flair for first class service.
  • You’ll be reliable, friendly and happy to be a key part of the team that strives for success.
  • Previous experience in housekeeping, janitorial, or cleaning roles within hospitality or luxury environments
  • High attention to detail and strong time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Physically fit and able to perform repetitive cleaning tasks across large spaces
  • Good communication skills and a service-oriented mindset
