The Partnerships Team Global brand partnerships play a vital role at Soho House. At the heart of every collaboration is creative excellence, enhancing member value and delivering unique experiences. With teams in London and New York, our central Partnerships team manages global relationships with leading brands across F&B and lifestyle, while continually seeking new opportunities. These partnerships bring added value to our members through distinctive events and experiences, enhanced benefits, curated products, and elevated content.
The Role
We’re looking for a calm, confident individual to support the delivery of Soho House’s lifestyle and F&B partnerships - spanning automotive, travel, fashion, and more. The ideal candidate will thrive in a rapidly growing, multi-faceted business, balancing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. They will bring experience in managing brand clients and delivering end-to-end campaigns, from events to content.
Main Duties
- Project-manage assigned lifestyle brand partnerships end-to-end, ensuring all contractual obligations are met to a high standard and all activity remains on-brand for Soho House.
- Act as the main client liaison, building strong relationships with brand partners and the wider internal team.
- Schedule and attend regular partner meetings to maintain relationships, plan forthcoming activity, manage approvals, and provide progress updates.
- Work closely with Soho House teams including Content, Events, and Marketing to plan and deliver partnership activity on time.
- Support partnership administration including project tracking, reporting, and partner hospitality requests (e.g. restaurant and room bookings).
- Assist with finance and legal processes such as contracts, invoicing, and partner P&L tracking.
- Track and collate all brand communications including event listings, content, photography, and social media coverage for partner reporting.
- Deliver post-event and quarterly reporting for assigned brand partnerships, both for partners and internal stakeholders.
- Visit Houses to support teams, attend events, and host partners (international travel required).
- Proactively surface ideas and trends, contribute to brainstorms, and identify new opportunities to contribute to new business targets.
What we are looking for
- 5+ years’ experience in agency, in-house, or freelance marketing, ideally in partnerships/sponsorships or with proven client management experience.
- Strong project management and organisational skills; deadline-driven with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience building and developing productive relationships with internal teams, brands, clients, agencies, and suppliers.
- Excellent writing, presentation (Keynote/PowerPoint), and communication skills.
- Solid understanding and experience in event curation and production.
- Willingness to travel regularly for client meetings and event attendance.
- Experience managing both small- and large-scale events end-to-end.
