Soho House is seeking a Growth and Retention Membership Manager for the UK & Ireland. Based in London, you will grow the Cities Without Houses membership across the UK and Ireland, handling recruitment, retention, queries, and admin duties.
You’ll report to regional Heads and work with the membership and comms teams to meet targets and deliver high-quality experiences. You will manage weekly reports, payments, and CRM data, upskill in Salesforce, and develop scalable retention initiatives.
