The predicted salary is between 80000 - 100000 ÂŁ per year.

This is a multifaceted role that encompasses revenue management, sales and operational room standards and revenue management. The primary objective is to drive revenue growth in Accommodations and Group and Corporate activity, while maintaining a focus on profitability and member satisfaction. This entails developing and implementing strategic initiatives across channels to attract members and clients, maximise room occupancy, and optimise pricing strategies.

Commercial Positioning

  • Review and monitor competition to formulate recommendations on product and service enhancements to remain competitive.
  • Represent the company in relevant trade shows, events, and industry forums to enhance visibility and market presence when required.
  • Collaborate with the Communications team on the development of integrated marketing plans, including digital, social media, promotional and paid media strategies.
  • Identify sources of business available and share with Communications.

Rooms Revenue

  • Lead the revenue team and review inventory control (and distribution channels), pricing strategy, and availability for rooms.
  • Monitor the forecast on a weekly/monthly/quarterly basis – focusing on pick‑up, pace and booking trends/curves and providing support and/or guidance where required; ensuring any concerns are flagged to senior leadership.
  • Work across the global rooms teams to maximise opportunities across the calendar and specific seasonal and market fluctuations due to cultural events.
  • Ensure Revenue & Sales collaborate on pricing for group bookings.

Account Management

  • Pro‑actively search out new sales opportunities.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing key clients and accounts.
  • Provide "one‑up" sales assistance for all key accounts.
  • Ensure personalized communication throughout the sales process.
  • Promote client loyalty and generate repeat business through proactive engagement and follow‑up.

Sales & Revenue Strategy

  • Develop and execute sales and rooms revenue strategies to achieve set targets across rooms.
  • Monitor current and future market trends to proactively adjust commercial plans and optimise performance.
  • Direct individual and group sales activity, ensuring an optimal business mix across transient, group and leisure segment.
  • Lead major sales efforts with the Head of Sales and provide support with high value negotiations.

Corporate & Group Sales

  • Work with the in‑region Sales teams and Private Event teams to review inventory control, pricing strategy, and availability for event space.
  • Establish and report on annual Groups, Corporate sales targets on a weekly basis.
  • Co‑ordinate regional action plans, sales trips, promotions and special events.
  • Review and resolve booking conflicts, cancellations, or client issues, ensuring optimal service and profitability.
  • Work with Private Hire/Event Sales when planning sales trips, promotions or special events that may impact their sites.

Rooms Operations

  • Ensure the team provides sufficient support with openings and refreshes, implementing and maintaining rooms standards.
  • Review SOPs in place for Front Office, Housekeeping, Mini Bar on a regular basis.
  • Carry out inspections on an ad‑hoc basis and provide feedback.
  • Review Rooms Mystery Shoppers, utilising the team to ensure standards are met.
  • Approve travel schedules and budgets.

Leadership & Team Development

  • Lead, train, and mentor the Revenue, Rooms & Sales team, setting clear KPIs and conducting regular performance reviews.
  • Support with recruitment for HOD roles and above.
  • Ensure all HODs are maintaining the systems.

Reporting

  • Record and analyse available sales data, competitor activity, and member/guest/client behaviour to inform strategic decisions.
  • Provide accurate forecasts and performance reports to senior leadership at the weekly trade meeting, monthly BRM and for the Board.
  • Oversee budgeting, revenue forecasting and long‑term business planning.

Requirements

  • Extensive senior leadership experience in luxury hospitality, ideally across lifestyle brands, boutique hotels, or private members’ clubs.
  • Proven track record in rooms revenue management and sales leadership, with responsibility for driving both transient and group business.
  • Strong commercial acumen with deep experience in pricing strategy, inventory management, and distribution channels.
  • Demonstrated success in owning and delivering revenue targets, with clear examples of driving RevPAR, occupancy, and total rooms revenue growth.
  • Experience operating across multiple properties or regions, with an understanding of global markets, seasonality, and cultural demand drivers.
  • Strong background in corporate and group sales, including high‑value negotiations and account management.
  • Experience collaborating cross‑functionally with Marketing/Communications, Events, and Operations to deliver integrated commercial strategies.
  • Solid operational understanding of Rooms Division (Front Office, Housekeeping, Guest Experience), with the ability to translate commercial strategy into on‑property execution.
  • Proven leadership experience managing senior stakeholders and developing high‑performing, multi‑disciplinary teams.
  • Data‑driven mindset with strong analytical skills; comfortable translating data, forecasts, and trends into actionable strategy.
  • Experience in pre‑openings and new site launches is highly desirable.
