The Role… As a Coffee Shop Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring daily operations run smoothly. You’ll lead by example in service, support the team, and help create a warm, welcoming atmosphere for all guests. Strong barista skills are preferred and a passion for hospitality is essential.

Main Duties…

  • Oversee daily operations to ensure the highest standards of service
  • Prepare high-quality coffee and beverages with confidence and consistency
  • Lead, support, and inspire the team during busy service periods
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient workspace
  • Provide exceptional customer service and build rapport with guests
  • Assist with stock management, rota, ordering, and opening/closing duties
  • Uphold health, safety, and food hygiene standards

  • Previous experience as a barista
  • Supervisory or team‑leading experience in a busy café environment
