Host – 180 House – Central London
Join Soho House & Co as a Host at 180 House (WC2R 1EA). This role welcomes and greets members, manages table bookings, and supports the floor team to seat guests and prepare tables for the next booking.
Location
180 House spans two floors with an outdoor terrace, rooftop pool, and city views. An elegant dining room on the eighth floor offers an elevated experience, and casual dining is available on the rooftop terrace.
Pay and Hours
£15 per hour plus a surplus service charge. Weekly pay and tax deducted at source. Pay is weekly. Hours: Mon–Weds 8 am–1 am; Thurs–Fri 8 am–3 am; Sat 9 am–3 am; Sun 9 am–11 pm. Shifts vary.

Responsibilities
As Host, you will:
- Welcome and greet members and guests
- Manage table booking systems
- Support floor team to seat current bookings and prepare tables for next booking
- Ensure members have an enjoyable experience from initial greeting and seating
- Assist floor team where needed
Qualifications
- 1–2 years experience in a busy restaurant
- Team player who communicates well with all colleagues
- Punctual, reliable and trustworthy
- Sense of urgency
- Yes, yes, yes mentality
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast‑paced environment
- Genuine passion for food and beverage
- Flexible and available to work both opening and closing shifts when required
- Previous experience as Waiter or Runner is acceptable; many hosts promoted internally
