Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Head Bartender to join our Central London team at Little House Mayfair. As a Head Bartender with Soho House, your role is to make sure that our members have an amazing experience every time. Possessing natural hospitality charm, we will give you a platform to connect, grow, have fun and make an impact. Your main responsibilities include serving alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages, providing excellent service to members, creating memorable experiences, mixing cocktails, preparing the bar for service, and ensuring it remains pristine.

Responsibilities

• Serve alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages, food when needed, and provide excellent service to members.
• Create memorable experiences and maintain member engagement.
• Mix cocktails and prepare the bar for service.
• Ensure the bar is in pristine condition throughout service.
• Support the team during high‑volume service periods.

Qualifications

• 1‑2 years’ experience in a busy high‑profile bar.
• Experience and knowledge of classic cocktails.
• Team player who communicates well with all colleagues.
• Punctual, reliable and trustworthy.
• Sense of urgency and “yes, yes, yes” mentality.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Live genuine passion for food and beverage.
• Flexible and available to work both opening and closing shifts when required.
• If you lack cocktail experience, consider applying to a Barback position.

Hours & Availability

Little House Mayfair Opening Hours:

• Mon – Wed: 7:30 am to 1 am
• Thu – Fri: 7:30 am – 2 am
• Saturday: 9 am to 2 am
• Sunday: 10 am to 6 pm
• Subject to change.
