Head Bartender – Cecconi\’s Mayfair, Central London
We are seeking an experienced Head Bartender to join our Central London team at Cecconi\’s Mayfair (W1S 3EP). As a Head Bartender with Soho House, your role is to ensure that our members have an amazing experience every time. Your responsibilities include serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, food (when needed), mixing cocktails, preparing the bar for service and maintaining it in pristine condition.

- 1-2 years’ experience in a busy high-profile bar
- Experience and knowledge of classic cocktails
- Team player who communicates well with all colleagues
- Punctual, reliable and trustworthy

- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Have a genuine passion for food and beverage
- Flexible and available to work both opening and closing shifts when required
Hours & Location
Mon – Fri: 7am to 12am; Saturday: 8am – 12am; Sunday: 8am – 11pm. Nearest stations: Piccadilly Circus, Oxford Circus, Green Park.
