Soho Mews House
Located opposite the Handel Hendrix House, Soho Mews House will be our 10th London location. This Georgian townhouse, near New Bond Street, features discreet entrances and spans four floors with internal and external spaces. The house includes a ground-floor lounge, outdoor terrace, first-floor dining room, and second-floor event space. Our menu highlights seasonal ingredients, prepared on an open-fire grill, while our drinks list features timeless cocktails and martinis, offering a theatrical experience at the bar and table-side.
The Role...
We are seeking an experienced Head Bartender to join our Central London team at Mews House Mayfair (W1S 1EY). As a Bartender with Soho House, your role is to make sure that our members have an amazing experience every time. Possessing natural hospitality charm, we will give you a platform to connect, grow, have fun and make an impact. Your main responsibilities are serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, food (when needed) and providing excellent service to members, creating memorable experiences. Other duties include mixing cocktails, preparing the bar for service and ensuring it is in pristine condition.
What we are looking for...
- 3-4 years' experience in a busy high-profile bar.
- Experience and knowledge of classic cocktails.
- Team player who communicates well with all colleagues
- Punctual, reliable and trustworthy
