Soho House is seeking a Head of Tax Reporting to lead the Group's tax provision process and forecasting from our London base. You will own US GAAP provisions, UK GAAP, and US GAAP reconciliations, while guiding Pillar II and CbCR workstreams in collaboration with our tax team in London and the US.
You will drive process improvements, manage external auditors, and help implement new ERP-driven reporting capabilities to enhance accuracy and timeliness of group-wide tax reporting.
