The Role…
We are seeking an experienced Spa Receptionist to join our team at Babington House (BA11 3RW). As a receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our spa guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for all.
Main Duties include:
- Greet and welcome guests in a warm and professional manner, creating a positive and inviting atmosphere at the spa reception area.
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and respond to guest inquiries, providing accurate and detailed information about our spa services, packages, and promotions.
- Maintain a clean and organised reception area
- Coordinate with spa therapists and other staff members to ensure a seamless flow of appointments and services.
- Assist in maintaining client records, including updating contact information and treatment preferences.
- Handle guest concerns and complaints with empathy and professionalism, seeking appropriate resolutions and escalating issues as necessary.
- Collaborate with the spa management team to implement and maintain standard operating procedures and policies.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and supporting fellow team members as needed.

Physical Requirements
- Must be able to seize, grasp, turn and hold objects with hands.
- Must be able to work on your feet for at least 8 hours.
- Fast paced movements are required to go from one part of the club to others.
- Occasionally kneel, bend, crouch and climb as required
Expected working hours for a Spa Receptionist: 5 days per week, across the seven days, to include working evenings, weekends, opens & close.
Travel: Approx. 30 minutes from Bath, 50 minutes from Bristol & 10 mins from Frome (No local transport from Frome)
