We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented Digital Marketing Assistant to join our growing team. In this role, you will help execute our digital marketing strategy to elevate our brand presence and drive online sales. You will maintain our premium brand aesthetics while managing social media, support with paid media strategy and SEO optimisation across the UK, US and EU.
Key Responsibilities
- Content & Social Media Management
- Maintain aesthetic consistency by ensuring all visual assets align with Soho Home guidelines.
- Schedule social content: Plan and publish regular posts across Instagram, build boards.
- Assist community support and help develop a community management strategy.
- Respond to comments, direct messages, and brand mentions where appropriate.
- Support asset creation by collaborating on briefs for diverse asset creation including stills, video for all platforms working with creative team end to end to deliver assets in correct and optimised formats for digital marketing channels.
- Paid Media Support
- Deliver creative assets and copy to external agency partners or paid media managers.
- Work closely with external agency to manage paid media delivery and ensure optimisation across all channels.
- Liaise with E-commerce and merchandising teams to manage product featured in marketing communications, ensuring stock is live and available across all locales.
- Assist in compilation of weekly, quarterly reports on campaign performance, traffic, click-through rates, and conversions.
- Work with external agency to optimise product feeds.
- SEO Support
- Work with external agency to support with SEO optimisation onsite and across product feeds.
- Support management of online business profiles across Google and Apple.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a marketing, CRM, content, or ecommerce support role.
- Robust understanding of online marketing and ecommerce.
- Strong appreciation for interior design, luxury styling, and visual storytelling.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills and able to deliver high-quality work.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical mindset and comfortable working with data.
- Strong communication skills, collaborative, and able to work in cross-department teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Previous experience using Google Ads, Meta Business Manager & Pinterest Business Manager.
- Previous experience using Affiliate platforms such as Rakuten.
- Previous experience using design tools such as Figma, and Canva.
- A genuine interest in interiors, homeware, design, or luxury retail.
