Kettner\’s Townhouse…
Located in seven Grade II-listed townhouses, Kettner\’s is a Soho institution, known for its colourful history. The Clarence Tavern x Kettner\’s menu changes seasonally, serving British food with a Mediterranean accent accompanied by an extensive wine list. To the left of the entrance we have the Champagne Bar, a beautiful event space with a circular bar in the centre and lots of lounge seating. Kettner\’s also has 33 bedrooms ranging from Tiny and Medium to a Jacobean Suite with its own private entrance.
The Role…
We are seeking an experienced
Chef de Partie
to join our Central London team at
Kettner\’s (W1D 5HP
)
. Your main responsibility is to ensure that the food we deliver to our members it of the highest quality. This includes preparing food before service, setting up and stocking kitchen stations and plating to company standards
What We Are Looking For…
- 1-2 years\’ experience in a busy high-profile kitchen
- Team player who communicates well with all colleagues
- Punctual, reliable and trustworthy
- Sense of urgency
- Yes, yes, yes mentality
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Have a genuine passion for food and beverage
- Flexible and available to working both opening and closing shifts when required
