Soho Mews House Located opposite the Handel Hendrix House, Soho Mews House will be our 10th London location. This Georgian townhouse, near New Bond Street, features discreet entrances and spans four floors with internal and external spaces. The house includes a ground-floor lounge, outdoor terrace, first-floor dining room, and second-floor event space. Our menu highlights seasonal ingredients, prepared on an open-fire grill, while our drinks list features timeless cocktails and martinis, offering a theatrical experience at the bar and table-side.
The Role...
We are seeking an experienced Breakfast Chef to join our Central London team at Mews House Mayfair (W1S 1EY). As a breakfast chef you would be responsible to prepare and deliver breakfast service, providing a high standard of fresh food off the club breakfast menu. You'll oversee the checking of all early morning deliveries and also be able to undertake a varied list of food preparation for the kitchen on a daily basis.
