Key responsibilities include:
- Providing a range of high-quality beauty treatments, including facials, massages, waxing, nails, and other advanced therapies.
- Ensuring all treatments are delivered with professionalism, care, and attention to detail.
- Maintaining exceptional levels of hygiene, cleanliness, and presentation in all treatment rooms and spa areas.
- Tailoring each treatment to the specific needs of members and guests, offering expert advice on skincare and wellness.
- Promoting and recommending retail products to enhance the guest experience and encourage aftercare.
- Managing booking schedules efficiently, ensuring punctuality and smooth handovers.
- Building strong relationships with members through excellent service, professionalism, and discretion.
- Ensuring all health, safety, and hygiene protocols are always followed.
- Supporting the wider spa and wellness team with stock management, spa opening/closing procedures, and general operations.
- Acting as an ambassador for the wellness offering of the club, embodying the brand's values and service ethos.
What we are looking for:
- Up to 2 years’ experience in a busy high-profile venue and a natural flair for first class service.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a high-end spa, clinic, or luxury wellness environment.
- NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Beauty Therapy (Level 4 desirable for advanced treatments).
- Strong knowledge of skincare brands, facial techniques, and massage therapies.
- Experience with luxury products and a client-focused approach.
- Impeccable grooming and communication skills.
- Discreet, professional, and calm under pressure.
- Comfortable working flexible shifts including evenings and weekends.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be over the age of 18.
- Must be able to seize, grasp, turn and hold objects by hand.
- Able to work on your feet for at least 8 hours.
- Occasionally kneel, bend, crouch and climb as required.
