Beauty Therapist you will deliver a premium, personalised experience to members and guests, offering a wide range of beauty and wellness treatments in a calm, luxurious environment.

You will be responsible for performing treatments to the highest standard, recommending aftercare products, and contributing to the overall ambience and success of the spa and wellness areas.

  • Provide a range of high-quality beauty treatments, including facials, massages, waxing, nails, and other advanced therapies in line with training and qualifications.
  • Ensure all treatments are delivered with professionalism, care, and attention to detail.
  • Maintain exceptional levels of hygiene, cleanliness, and presentation in all treatment rooms and spa areas.
  • Tailor each treatment to the specific needs of members and guests, offering expert advice on skincare and wellness.

  • Manage booking schedules efficiently, ensuring punctuality and smooth handovers.
  • Build strong relationships with members through excellent service, professionalism, and discretion.

  • Support the wider spa and wellness team with stock management, spa opening/closing procedures, and general operations.

  • What we are looking for

Beauty Therapist for Soho House will ideally have up to 2 years’ experience in a busy high-profile venue and a natural flair for first class service.

You’ll be reliable, friendly and happy to be a key part of the team that strives for success.

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a high-end spa, clinic, or luxury wellness environment
  • NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Beauty Therapy (Level 4 desirable for advanced treatments - Deep Tissue Massage)
  • Strong knowledge of skincare brands, facial techniques, and massage therapies
  • Experience with luxury products and a client-focused approach
  • Impeccable grooming and communication skills
  • Discreet, professional, and calm under pressure
  • Comfortable working flexible shifts including evenings and weekends

Physical Requirements

  • Must be over the age of 18
  • Must be able to seize, grasp, turn and hold objects by hand
  • Able to work on your feet for at least 8 hours
  • Occasionally kneel, bend, crouch and climb as required
