Barista – Soho Farmhouse (OX7 4JS) at Soho House & Co. The role involves preparing and serving well-crafted specialty coffee drinks and other beverages to members in a fast-paced café environment.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee drinks and other beverages
- Be hands-on across all areas of the busy café
- Work as part of a team in a dynamic environment
What We Are Looking For
- 1-2 years’ barista experience desired but not essential as training is provided
- Team player who communicates well with colleagues
- Punctual, reliable and trustworthy
- Sense of urgency and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Genuine passion for food and beverage
- Flexible to work opening and closing shifts when required
Expected Working Hours
Varying shift times across seven days, including weekends. Average hours: 40 hours per week.
