Soho House Manchester is located in the St John’s area in the heart of the city, spanning across 5 floors of the former Granada Studios. We have an extensive gym, steam room and sauna, outdoor rooftop pool surrounded by sunbed and a bar, late night bar and live music space. We have casual lounge areas for food and drink on the 8th floor and a members’ restaurant for more formal dining. The house also includes 23 bedrooms on the 6th floor.
The Roleβ¦ We are seeking an experienced Host to join the team at Soho House Manchester. As a breakfast chef you would be responsible to prepare and deliver breakfast service, providing a high standard of fresh food off the club breakfast menu. You’ll oversee the checking of all early morning deliveries and also be able to undertake a varied list of food preparation for the kitchen on a daily basis.

- 1-2 years’ experience in a busy high-profile bar/restaurant (preferred but not essential)
- A team player who communicates well with all colleagues
- Punctual, reliable and trustworthy
- Sense of urgency

- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Have a genuine passion for food and beverage
- Flexible and available to working both opening and closing shifts when required
Expected Working Hours: Varying shift times across the seven days, to include working evenings, weekends, opens & closes. Average hours 40 hours per week.
