We are seeking an experienced Fitness Coach to join our team at Soho Farmhouse. As a multifunctional fitness coach, you will be expected to provide service and gym floor experience for our members and go above and beyond expectations.

Requirements For a Fitness Coach…

  • Must be a minimum of level 3 fitness qualified
  • Ability to teach fitness classes to a high standard both in studio and gym floor
  • Ability to mentor, motivate coach and development team members to achieve their potential
  • Ability to meet set targets and deadlines
  • Ability to be self-motivated and active in your duties
  • Strong communication skills

What We Are Looking For In a Fitness Coach…

  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Customer / member experience focused
  • Passionate about the industry and performing spa treatments.
  • 1-2 years’ experience in a busy high-profile gym/ leisure facility (preferred but not essential)
  • Team player who communicates well with all colleagues
  • Punctual, reliable and trustworthy
  • Sense of urgency
  • Yes, yes, yes mentality
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexible and available to working both opening and closing shifts when required

Required Skills/Qualifications

  • Flexible schedule and ability to work nights, weekends and holidays as needed
  • Ability to multitask and excel in a high-volume and demanding fast-paced environment
  • Interest in wellness
  • Great level of customer care

Physical Requirements

  • Must be able to seize, grasp, turn and hold objects with hands.
  • Must be able to work on your feet for at least 8 hours.
  • Fast paced movements are required to go from one part of the club to others.
  • Occasionally kneel, bend, crouch and climb as required
