Responsibilities:
- Support senior chefs in preparing high-quality dishes across differentsections of the kitchen.
- Ensure the kitchen is clean, organised, and compliant with health andsafety regulations.
- Properly store and handle all ingredients, ensuring freshness andquality.
- Work closely with the kitchen team to deliver exceptional diningexperiences.
- Take initiative to learn and improve culinary techniques and knowledge.
What you Need:
- Previous experience in a similar role within a high-paced kitchenenvironment.
- Demonstrate excellent attention to detail in food preparation andpresentation.
- A genuine passion for creating and serving exceptional dishes.
- Strong organisational abilities to manage multiple tasks effectively.
