Our supervisors work with the store manager, team, and wider business to fulfil our vision of: Honest, good mood food, crafted coffee, and drinks – proudly served, delivering soul at scale. Supervisors do this through collaboration with the team to fulfil our mission: Good is always served. To curate quality product and welcoming environments, to secure the return visit. To always be good for colleagues and customers.

We work together to achieve this through demonstration of our company values, these are:

  • Be consistently good - Part of our ethos is about not overstating who we are, so for us being ‘good’ really is good enough, and it’s what we strive for. When we say ‘good’ we have to deliver on that so we can be relied on to deliver our brand promise of being consistently good for our customers and our team.
  • Be proud to serve - As a business we feel proud about what we’re offering up, and we pride ourselves on working as a team that are proud to serve.
  • Be the good in someone’s day - A welcoming smile, remembering an order, doing something above and beyond to make each customer feel valued. It’s the little things that matter, and the smallest thing can add some good to a person’s day.

As a Supervisor you will need to demonstrate these values daily by being flexible & working where the team needs you most. Our Supervisors are masters in customer service and strive to make a positive difference to every customer's day. They are proud to serve our amazing food to our customers, producing our range of delicious drinks and crafting our beautiful coffees. You will champion your team to ensure that SOHO brand standards & high product quality are met & delivered every time. Our Supervisors ensure that our customers are really well looked after by running a brilliant shift. You’ll share our passion and personality with our customers and our team, so together you can create a fantastic environment to work in.

The Perks of the Job:

  • Great training package & development.

AND… this is not just a job … being part of a team who craft superb coffee, creating a memorable experience for our guests, is an art form deserving recognition. We are proud to say 52% of our managers started as team members with us and 14% of our people have been with us for longer than 5 years.

Being a fair employer – no zero contracts for permanent team. ‘Hiring the attitude and training the skill’ – no previous experience is required.
