What we need from You

  • Ability to multitask and confidently work across both FOH and BOH, from cooking in the kitchen to preparing drinks, handling service andmaintaining cleanliness.
  • Flexibility to work across different shifts.

Team Member responsibilities are

  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, takingorders accurately, and ensuring a positive dining experience.
  • Serve high-quality hot and cold drinks, and food, following ourbrand standards and specifications for all menu items, including hot foodcategories.
  • Ensure the café is always clean, tidy, and well-stocked, creating awelcoming atmosphere for customers and the team.
  • Adapt to various tasks throughout the day, working as part of ahands-on team that supports each other all the time.
  • Adhere to all food safety, hygiene, and operational procedures tomaintain quality and consistency in service and food preparation.
  • From cooking in the kitchen to preparing drinks and handlingservice, every team member contributes to all areas of the café operation.
