Position Overview
As a Waiter at MOI, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional dining experiences. You will be the face of our restaurant, engaging with guests and ensuring their visit is memorable from start to finish. This role requires a passion for hospitality, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guest Experience
- Provide warm, professional, and attentive service to all guests.
- Guide diners through the menu, making recommendations and answering questions about dishes and beverages.
- Deliver food and drinks promptly, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards are met.
- Anticipate guest needs and respond to requests with a positive attitude.
- Work cohesively with colleagues, including kitchen and bar staff, to ensure smooth operations.
- Support teammates during busy periods to maintain service standards.
- Communicate effectively with management regarding guest feedback and operational needs.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, following UK health and safety standards.
- Prepare tables with appropriate settings, ensuring readiness for service.
- Handle payments efficiently, using the restaurant's POS system.

Requirements:
