Lead and deliver social care and SEND-related improvement projects that improve outcomes for children, young people, and families. Work closely with internal teams, partners, and families to design and implement meaningful change. Use data, evidence, and feedback to shape services and measure impact. Manage project plans, risks, resources, budgets, and reporting across short- and long-term timelines. Support the Families First strategy and help embed sustainable improvements into everyday practice.

- Ensure safeguarding, risk management, and quality assurance standards are met.

- Strong leadership and project management experience within children’s or social care services.
- Good understanding of safeguarding, legislation, and performance standards in children’s services.
- Ability to manage change, improve services, and work under pressure.
- Confident communicator who can write reports, present information, and influence others.
- Committed to equality, diversity, safeguarding, and improving outcomes for children and families.
