Location: Binley Road, Coventry, CV3
Hours: Mon-Fri 9am-5pm
Pay: National Minimum Wage (based on age)

We\’re a small, friendly office looking for a reliable and organised person to help with day-to-day admin and reception duties. The role is ideal for someone who enjoys keeping things organised and making a good first impression.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering and transferring phone calls
- Managing diaries and appointments
- Recording and sorting incoming and outgoing post
- Filing and organising paperwork
- Greeting clients and visitors
