Role Description: This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Executive, based in our Head Office, Cranfield. The Relationship Executive will support SOGO’s Sales efforts with all Contract Hire, Salary Sacrifice and Flexible Leasing activities. This is a customer focussed role, supporting the customer throughout their initial sales & ongoing in-life journey. Some of the activities you can expect to undertake are dealing with and responding to customer enquiries, processing orders, resolving one off escalations & maintaining sales related databases.
Key Responsibilities and Duties:
- Supporting the Sales and Account Management teams with all customer service and sales requirements by email and phone.
- Oversee the Sales Support email account.
- Updating customer records in our internal systems.
- Coordinating vehicle orders, deliveries and exchanges, ensuring our system and processes are adhered to and updated accurately.
- Facilitating the relationship between our customers' drivers and the SOGO business, ensuring our customer first approach is adhered to.
- Own customer disputes through resolution, involving external suppliers and internal departments whilst keeping the customer fully informed throughout the investigation.
- Provide occasional support to other departments such as operations & accounts team.
- Advise senior management regarding feedback from clients and customers.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum of 1 years’ experience within a sales or service driven role, particularly within the leasing / automotive space.
- Experience in supporting a business sales strategy.
- Experience working with all levels of senior management and departmental staff within a Company.
- Historic background within a target-driven environment.
- Historic background working with corporate customers.
