The Vehicle Procurement Lead is responsible for leading OEM procurement activity to secure vehicle supply in line with SOGO Mobility’s procurement strategy, operational targets, and customer delivery commitments. The role focuses on building strong relationships with OEMs and the dealer network, managing supply risk, and ensuring effective alignment between Procurement, Sales, Operations, and Finance. By embedding robust procurement governance and driving cross‑functional collaboration, the Vehicle Procurement Lead plays a key role in ensuring stock availability, cost control, and a seamless end‑to‑end journey from OEM order placement through to customer delivery.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead direct procurement activity with assigned OEMs, securing supply aligned to procurement strategy and operational targets.
- Proactively escalates and resolves OEM issues, ensuring strong cross‑functional communication across Procurement, Planning, and Operations.
- Strengthen dealer network relationships to ensure effective alignment of OEM supply, stock allocation, and on‑time customer delivery.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Operations, and Finance to deliver a smooth end‑to‑end process from order to customer delivery.
- Provide occasional support to other departments such as operations & accounts team.
- Advise senior management regarding feedback from OEM and Dealers.

- 3+ years’ experience operating in a strategic procurement position.
- Experience in helping build a business procurement strategy for growth.
- Comfortable presenting stock and procurement‑related spreadsheets to a range of stakeholders.
