Your role
- Essential Skills
- Design and implement effective automation test strategies and plans for SAP applications and integrations.
- Good knowledge of Automation Testing especially with TOSCA automation tool.
- Assist in developing and maintaining automation frameworks for SAP using Tricentis TOSCA tool.
- Manage and mentor a team of automation engineers, foster collaborative work environment, and enhance team performance.
- Collaborate with developers, analysts, and other team members to integrate automation assets into CI/CD pipelines using tools like TOSCA Server, Jenkins or similar.
- Manage versions of test automation assets in code repositories like GIT.
- Ensure proper defect management processes and adherence to test life cycles for automated testing.
- Knowledge in Test Management tool especially on Tricentis qTest and ensure Testing is on track as per project plan.
- Lead the Automation Testing and produce necessary documentation and reports for various testing phases, including System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), through automation reporting into the Test Manager.
- Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels, providing guidance and expertise in SAP test automation.
- The candidate must be eligible for Security Clearance (SC) for this project. This requires a minimum of five consecutive years of residency in the UK, with no single period of absence from the country exceeding 28 days during that time.

Your Skills And Experience
- Good experience of leading SAP E2E Automation testing (internal to SAP and externally to non-SAP Systems).
- Expertise in test automation tools especially on Tricentis Tosca.
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and integrating automation assets with tools like TOSCA Server.
- Familiarity with test management tools like qTest, and produce reports to stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a problem-solving environment, with attention to detail.
- Experience in mentoring team members.
- Knowledge of test life cycles, defect management processes, risk/issue identification and Test reports/metrics.
- ISTQB/ISEB certification in software testing (Foundation level or above) or willingness to obtain one.
- Flexibility to travel and work at various locations during the project.
- Individual must be a UK national and qualified for security clearance.
Nice To Have Skills
- Tricentis TOSCA Automation Engineer Level 1 or 2 certifications.
- Experience with accessibility or usability testing.
- Knowledge of SAP testing methodologies like iCaptivate, and TMAP.
- Knowledge of the Nuclear Power Industry.
