If you are successfully offered this position, you will go through a series of pre-employment checks, including: Identity, nationality (single or dual) or immigration status, employment history going back 3 continuous years, and unspent criminal record check (known as Disclosure and Barring Service)<br /> </p> <p><strong>Your role</strong></p> <p><strong>Essential Skills:</strong></p> <ul> <li>The candidate must be eligible for UK SC clearance due to the project's sensitive nature and access requirements.</li> <li>Significant experience as a Performance Test Manager, ideally within large-scale infrastructure projects. The candidate should be able to oversee testing processes in complex systems and should have knowledge of both performance testing and Operational Acceptance Testing.</li> <li>Expertise in defining Performance Test Approaches and preparing Test Plans and Click-path documentation.</li> <li>Familiarity with performance testing tools, preferably Login VSI.</li> <li>Ability to manage and oversee performance testing activities conducted by suppliers, ensuring they adhere to test strategy and timelines.</li> <li>Some experience in Operational Acceptance Testing for applications, including, backup & recovery, audit & logging, and system resilience.</li> <li>Proven capability in working with technical SMEs to create Test Plans, schedules, and scripts tailored for live environment readiness.</li> <li>Track record in managing fixed-price projects and leading cross-functional, multi-vendor teams.</li> <li>Proficiency in planning, tracking, and reporting testing progress and outcomes within Jira.</li> <li>Strong understanding of ITIL best practices to ensure the integration and operational stability of SCADA systems within the IT environment.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>You can bring your whole self to work.
