The Junior SAP Tester will support test execution across SAP environments using automated and manual methods. This is a hands-on role suited for someone who is eager to develop expertise in SAP testing and automation frameworks such as Tricentis Tosca and Playwright.
Hybrid working: The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.
If you are successfully offered this position, you will go through a series of pre-employment checks, including: identity, nationality (single or dual) or immigration status, employment history going back 3 continuous years, and unspent criminal record check (known as Disclosure and Barring Service).
Your role and responsibilities
- Exposure of using any of the automation tools preferably using Tricentis Tosca.
- Develop and run automated fieldāmasking tests using Playwright.
- Build consistent and reusable automation testādata generation patterns.
- Document defects clearly and retest fixes through Jira.
- Communicate progress, risks, and updates during daily standāups and sprint ceremonies.
Required skills
- Experience working with SAP or other major ERP platforms (e.g., Oracle).
- Skilled in using Jira for defect management.
- Practical experience working within agile, sprintābased delivery teams.
- Strong communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Logical and analytical problemāsolving capability.
- Desirable: Playwright + JavaScript experience, familiarity with VSCode.
