About The Role
The AI Product Manager plays a pivotal role in helping clients understand how AI can transform the way they work. This is a hands‑on delivery role. You will join early‑stage conversations with client teams to explore their goals, challenges, and everyday processes, identifying realistic AI opportunities and translating them into clear, actionable use cases and next steps. You will work closely with solution architects and delivery teams to ensure clients have a clear view of what’s possible now, what comes next, and what they need to build toward. While deep technical expertise is not required, you should have a solid understanding of AI fundamentals and how to apply AI safely and effectively in client environments.
Hybrid working: The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.
Mandatory Skills
- Support client teams through discovery (jumpstart) and strategy engagements to understand objectives and identify where AI can add value.
- Analyze business processes and define practical AI use cases with measurable outcomes.
- Produce clear discovery outputs, including use case summaries, readiness insights, and recommended next steps.
- Collaborate with solution architects to align discovery findings with technical direction and broader offerings.
- Shape delivery plans for Strategy, Packaged AI Solutions, and Build‑Run‑Scale engagements.
- Advise clients on adoption needs, capability gaps, and next steps for AI progression.
- Maintain structured, repeatable delivery materials and templates.
- Track early value indicators and help clients build confidence in scaling AI solutions.
- Capture lessons learned and contribute to continuous improvement of playbooks and delivery guides.
- Work as part of a cross‑functional team to deliver a consistent and trusted discovery experience.
