A rare opportunity to join our fast‑growing team, building a new self‑service web portal enabling client administrators to manage organisation contacts, org‑to‑org relationships, organisation onboarding and application workflows, and lifecycle management of active organisations.

Scope shaping, field list, lifecycle rules - Dataverse schema and security model implementation.

  • Creation of Power Automate workflows for the key MVP processes (Org great, org deactivation, org to org relationship).
  • Interface with the portal we are currently building (payload design, error handling).
  • Lightweight version control.
  • Testing, UAT support, deployments, docs, handover.
  • Integration with Docusign.
  • Integrating with organisation application website forms.

Must have:

  • Proven hands‑on experience with Microsoft Power Platform - Ideally Dataverse, Power Automate and Power Apps portal / Power Pages.
  • Experience designing and building multi‑step Power Automate cloud flows.
  • Competent with solution management and scoping.
  • Understanding of data modelling best practices.
  • Ability to translate technical solutions to non‑technical stakeholders and bring them on the journey.
  • Experience working in an agile delivery environment.

Nice to have:

  • Knowledge of Dynamics 365 and its relationship to Dataverse.
  • Exposure to DocuSign API and template management.
