This permanent role blends high‑level software engineering with strategic client advisory. As a consultant software engineer you will act as a technical partner to clients, helping them transform their businesses through domain expertise and AI‑driven solutions.

Training & Development
- Months 1: Software engineering induction covering coding, source control, modern technology stacks and AI‑assisted development, followed by a team project.
- Months 2‑15: Client projects with support from experienced engineers, peer review and advanced in‑house training covering development methodologies, additional technologies and advisory responsibilities.
- Month 16 and beyond: Choose your career path – delivery leadership, team oversight, consulting, design, data science or artificial intelligence.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high quality software solutions through coding, architectural oversight and AI‑assisted development.
- Advisory work for clients, applying domain knowledge to recommend the best technology and business solutions.
- Continuous improvement through peer review and in‑house training.
