What you'll do:
- Lead a team of smart engineers building production software that industrial customers depend on daily.
- Shape technical strategy, drive delivery, and build a culture where hard problems get solved elegantly.
- Oversee architecture, mentor talented Software Engineers who love a challenge, and work closely with product to turn complex customer needs into elegant technical solutions.
- You’ll also have knowledge of Agile, OKRs, DevOps and CI/CD.
