The Sales Development Representative (SDR) Manager is responsible for leading and managing the SDR team to drive pipeline growth and support the overall sales efforts. This role requires a strategic and hands-on approach to managing a team of SDRs, setting clear goals, and ensuring the team’s success in identifying and qualifying potential leads.
Key responsibilities include:
