As the Product Manager for CSP (Base Platform) at SoftwareOne, you'll own and shape the engine that drives our global Microsoft cloud business. CSP is the foundation for our Azure, Security, Workplace, Data & AI, Support, Managed Services, and Bundles offerings—and you're the one making sure that foundation is profitable, scalable, simple to sell, and easy to build on.
You will lead the strategy, catalog, commercial structure, operations readiness, and evolution of our CSP business. Your job: make CSP a powerful platform and a dependable revenue driver, while enabling every other product manager to succeed on top of it.

Core Responsibilities- Own and evolve the global CSP offer catalog and pricebook, aligning with Microsoft program and incentive changes.
- Make CSP a strong platform by ensuring SKUs, billing cycles, rules, and promotions support Azure, Security, Workplace, Data & AI, Support, Managed Services, and Bundles.
- Drive commercial and operational performance by tracking revenue, margin, ARPU, churn, and partnering on pricing, discounts, and incentives.
- Prioritize and deliver improvements that reduce complexity and enhance profitability, stability, and scalability across CSP.
- Maintain and execute a clear 3–12 month CSP roadmap, translating changes into actionable requirements for Product Owners, engineering, and operations.
- Gather feedback and use data insights (adoption, churn, incidents, credits) to continuously refine CSP catalog, processes, and operational readiness.
- Strong background in Product Management, Commercial Management, Licensing, or cloud/IT, with solid familiarity with Microsoft CSP/NCE.
- Deep understanding of Microsoft licensing fundamentals and Partner Center, including pricebooks, discounts, margins, and operational/commercial trade-offs.
- Excellent stakeholder management, able to work confidently with Finance, Sales Ops, Vendor Management, Operations, Delivery, and peer Product Managers.
- Analytical, data-driven decision making, using tools like Excel/Power BI, CRM/CPQ, and CSP/billing/portal systems to guide insights and prioritisation.
- Clear, structured communication skills, able to simplify complex programs into scalable, easy-to-operate product constructs.
- A product mindset with a bias for simplification, balancing customer experience, profitability, and operational efficiency.
