- Strong foundation in contract law, with preferred experience in commercial and technology contracts, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English (additional languages are an advantage), with excellent communication skills and confidence engaging with senior stakeholders.
- Structured, independent, and precise working style, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong commercial judgement and pragmatic, solutions-oriented mindset, with awareness of UK and EU technology regulatory frameworks (e.g. DORA, public sector requirements).
