We are looking for a Junior Marketing Specialist to support the day‑to‑day execution of our marketing activity. This hands‑on role focuses on building, publishing, testing, and optimising marketing campaigns and content. You will work from clear briefs and processes, ensuring everything goes out accurately, on time, and performs well. Ideal for someone early in their marketing career who enjoys execution, organisation, and improving results using data.

Key Responsibilities
- Email Marketing: Build and send marketing emails using HubSpot; test emails for links, formatting, mobile view, personalisation; manage newsletters and templates; track and report performance.
- Social Media: Schedule and publish posts across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube; add captions, tags, hashtags; monitor engagement and produce weekly insights.
- Content & Blog Publishing: Draft blog posts using AI tools and briefs; publish and update in WordPress; add images, internal links, and metadata.
- Lifecycle & Customer Communication: Support onboarding and lifecycle email journeys; assist with WhatsApp, in‑app, or push notifications; test communications for accuracy.
- General Marketing Support: Upload videos and podcasts; manage mailing lists and basic segmentation; perform final checks before any marketing goes live; support physical mail campaigns when required.
What We’re Looking For
Essential
- 1‑2 years’ experience in a marketing or content‑related role (or equivalent).
- Strong attention to detail and organisation.
- Comfortable working with tools and following processes.
- Confident using basic data and metrics.
- Good written English.
Desirable
- Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM.
- Experience with WordPress.
- Familiarity with social scheduling tools.
- Experience using AI tools for content drafting.
