About Us: Software Works for You is the leading SaaS platform built specifically for UK gas and heating companies. We support over 6,000 businesses with tools covering job management, compliance, invoicing, and customer communication. The Role: We are hiring our first AI / ML Engineer to lead the development and rollout of AI capabilities across our platform. This is a foundational role. You will shape our AI architecture, bring intelligent features into production, and define how AI creates meaningful value for our customers. You will work closely with product and engineering leadership to turn real-world industry data into practical, high-impact AI features that improve efficiency, accuracy, and decision-making.
What You’ll Do:
- Design and implement AI-powered features within our SaaS platform.
- Integrate leading AI models and technologies into production systems.
- Build systems that leverage our proprietary compliance and operational data.
- Ensure high standards of reliability, quality, and performance.
- Help define the long‑term AI strategy and roadmap.
- Contribute to building and scaling our AI capability over time.
