AI Delivery Lead candidate to drive enterprise AI transformation, Gen AI adoption, and production AI delivery across complex client environments.
This AI Delivery Lead role is ideal for someone with strong experience leading AI programmes from strategy through to implementation, adoption, governance, and value realisation.
The successful candidate will work closely with executive stakeholders, technology teams, vendors, and business leaders to shape AI roadmaps and deliver scalable AI-enabled solutions.
AI Delivery Lead Role Overview
As an AI Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for leading the full AI delivery lifecycle across enterprise transformation programmes.
This includes defining AI strategy, identifying high-value use cases, designing governance frameworks, overseeing implementation, and ensuring successful business adoption.
The role will suit someone who can combine strategic AI leadership with practical delivery experience across Gen AI, LLMs, Agentic AI, RAG, enterprise automation, responsible AI, cloud platforms, and operating model transformation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise AI and Gen AI delivery programmes from strategy to implementation.
- Define AI adoption roadmaps, business cases, delivery plans, and governance models.
- Identify and shape AI use cases across enterprise automation, predictive analytics, document intelligence, compliance monitoring, fraud detection, payments, lending, customer service, and workflow optimisation.
- Oversee the delivery of LLM, RAG, Agentic AI, Conversational AI, and multi-agent solutions.
- Lead vendor selection, programme mobilisation, stakeholder management, and delivery governance.
- Work with executive stakeholders to align AI initiatives with business outcomes.
- Establish responsible AI frameworks covering governance, explainability, auditability, risk, testing, monitoring, and compliance.
- Support AI-driven operating model transformation and enterprise process optimisation.
- Drive business adoption, change management, operational readiness, and value realisation.
- Ensure AI solutions are scalable, secure, compliant, and suitable for production environments.
