We are working with a rapidly growing software company that is looking to appoint a Chief People Officer to lead its people strategy through the next stage of growth. This is a senior leadership role for someone who can combine strategic thinking with practical execution. The company is scaling quickly, and the Chief People Officer will play a key role in building the organisational structure, leadership capability, culture, and talent infrastructure needed to support continued expansion. Responsibilities:
