We are working with a rapidly growing software company that is looking to appoint a Chief People Officer to lead its people strategy through the next stage of growth. This is a critical senior leadership hire for a business entering its next stage of scale. The company has grown quickly and now needs a people leader who can build a more strategic, scalable, and commercially aligned People function to support continued expansion.

This role would suit someone who has operated in a high-growth technology or software environment and understands what it takes to move a People function from being largely operational or administrative to becoming a strategic partner to the business.

- Developing and implementing a people strategy aligned with the company’s commercial objectives and growth plans.
- Partnering closely with the CEO and executive team on organisational design, leadership effectiveness, succession planning, and workforce planning.
- Building scalable HR processes, systems, and policies across talent acquisition, performance management, compensation, learning and development, employee engagement, and retention.
- Leading and developing the HR and talent teams, ensuring they are equipped to support a fast-moving software business.
Requirements:
- Significant HR leadership experience in a scaling technology or software company.
- A strong track record of supporting companies through rapid growth, organisational change, or international expansion.
